Nut and nipple sizes -3,-4,-5, and -6 are cadmium-plated steel seamless tubing and bar stock. Sizes -8 and up and sockets are anodized aluminum alloy seamless tubing and bar stock. Materials and finishes conform to applicable specifications for end fittings used in aircraft fluid systems.
